2007 Reconstruction at Hollybeach, Louisiana
Construction of new homes and camps have really taken off since September 2006. There is no doubt that the constructions codes and restrictions have had an affect on the number of construction sites. The requirement that 4 lots (5000 sq. ft.) is required to place a camp/home with a sewer system has severely keep construction numbers down, since most camp and home owners only owned 2 lots each. Since many are not willing to sell their lots, construction of new camps and homes will be limited.
Below are pictures of homes and camps built or under construction as of June 2007, pictures dated July 11, 2006 are date incorrectly!:
